Alpine 3000’s
Alpine mountains consist of a peaks of all shapes and sizes and the 3000’ers also provides a lifetime of really quality alpinism. This height range does not always provide easier days out. Some 3000m peaks are both difficult and remote. The beauty of some of these routes is that they don’t have the attraction of the 4000’s, so we may find these peaks to be just as challenging but possibly far quieter. Hut life can be more relaxed and the summits less travelled. There are many very amenable objectives as well to suit all members of the group.
