Terms and Conditions
Terms & Conditions of Booking
There are situations that may arise that require your course to be cancelled or amended. I ask you to read through these terms and conditions because they set out how any cancellations will be dealt with, from either you or us. We strongly recommend that you take out cancellation insurance to cover your booking.
These apply to every person booked onto a course. If booking on behalf of a third party you accept these terms on their behalf and so it is important that you make them aware.

5 SAFETY & PARTICIPATION STATEMENT
Climbing and mountaineering are activities with a danger of personal injury or death. By booking a course in these activities you are aware of and accept these risks and will be responsible for your own actions and involvement. We will teach you how to manage these risks but we can never completely remove them. You confirm that you are familiar with the nature of the activities that you wish to undertake and acknowledge those risks that are inherent therein and that you may freely withdraw from any activity without penalty and there is no pressure whatsoever to take part.
6 INSURANCE & LOSS
Our courses do not include any personal accident, cancellation, third party liability or personal injury insurance. We recommend that you take out your own policy. We will accept no responsibility whatsoever in respect of loss or damage to personal property.
You must have adequate medical, rescue and cancellation insurance for your trip, including helicopter rescue and repatriation as well as on and off piste skiing for winter trips. We reserve the right to refuse your participation and cancel the trip (with no refund) if we think you are inadequately insured)
Please bring your insurance card or documents with you at the beginning of the course. This is entirely your responsibility.
Insurance for injury, death, loss of earnings etc is strongly recommended.
It is vital that you communicate with us if you have any medical information that might affect your participation during our course/trip. This information is strictly confidential and is never disclosed to anyone other than your guide.
7 Weather and conditions
Weather and conditions frequently dictate many decisions made regarding a trip. For safety reasons, or to give you the best chance of success, we might have to change the programme without notice. Due to weather or conditions we reserve the right to not even attempt the route or mountain at all. We suggest that a plan B is considered as the main objective may not be achievable.
We place your safety, and the safety of your guides as our top priority.
In all cases, no postponement or refund will be applicable. But we will do our best to take you to a different area/mountain, whilst still providing you with a challenge and a memorable trip.
Any costs associated with a change of itinerary are not included in the price, including travel, accommodation and lift fees for example.
8 Equipment
It is your responsibility to look after any equipment on loan or hire during the course. We reserve the right to claim full equipment costs due to loss or damage.
9 Photo’s and videos Regularly we place images and video we take during courses on our website or on social media, if you would rather stay anonymous then please let us know.
